Christian formation of women and children being the goal of our mission, the sisters are involved in sowing the seeds of faith in people who have not yet heard Jesus, in the christians who are only for name sake and those who need follow up in their faith Journey. Sisters are equipped with preaching of the Word of God, Gifted counselling, catechism, family visits and so on. There is a team of faith formation of ten members who are full timers in this field who go to different parishes, stay there for two or three days and conduct such programmes.
